這牛排真的超級大塊的，40盎司牛排厚度二公分，大小是男生臉的二倍大，怎麼會賣這麼大塊的牛排呢？原來，牛排店陳老闆早年跑船出身，體力消耗大，三餐牛肉補身，現在自己開牛排店，乾脆讓顧客決定，想吃的牛排厚度和大小，廚師再現切料理，老闆說，牛排要好吃，沒有不二法門，就是料理牛排，一定只使用冷藏牛肉。
