遊戲廠商 HeroCraft 與 Games Workshop 今（19）日聯合宣布，《Warhammer》系列最新作《
Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf》將會是一款回合制的卡牌策略遊戲，劇情將設定在 Warhammer 40,000 系列作品的世界觀，玩家將可蒐集各式各樣的卡牌，其所代表的人物則會以 3D 模組的方式呈現在畫面中供玩家差遣運用。本作預定在 2014 年內推出，並將發行 iOS、Android 及 PC 版本。
官方表示，為讓玩家能快速上手遊戲，一開始將提供數個不同屬性的牌組供玩家自由挑選。每個牌組依據其卡牌的組合，都可在戰場中發揮出不同的策略戰術。
若是成功贏得戰役，則有機會可以解鎖使用更強大的武器配備，或是得到稀有的卡牌。而如同傳統的卡牌遊戲，玩家持有的卡牌可以透過強化來增強威力，進而挑戰更困難的關卡。
